So @tom, we got around it by removing the fileds in the transistion. So we are doing as @Jack Brickey suggested.
At the time I asked this question I didn't know that this was why the field was mandatory.
We have transitions moving directly to closed, but when using these we are asking for a resolution in this transaktions, so i will be filled out, without passed the status resolved.
